About The Position

Michael Kors is seeking a globally minded individual with a passion for fashion to work in a creative, fast-paced environment. The Sales Associate helps generate sales, deliver high-level customer service, maintain merchandise and inventory, and carry out store operations. The position requires a minimum of two years of retail experience.

Responsibilities

Meet sales goals and use elevated sales and service standards to maximize sales performance.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of merchandise and maintain an interest in the fashion industry and market trends.
Monitor sale details, including shipping, alterations when applicable, and special requests, to ensure customer satisfaction.
Comply with sales-related policies and procedures.
Provide the highest level of customer service.
Build and maintain repeat clientele using the client book.
Resolve client problems and complaints quickly and effectively.
Keep the selling floor and merchandise neat, organized, and stocked.
Assist with maintaining inventory in the stockroom and on the selling floor.
Assist with stock, shipping, and receiving protocols and policies, as well as related paperwork.
Participate in inventories.
Comply with Point-of-Sale policies and procedures and properly perform relevant register functions.
Adhere to the work schedule, including time and attendance requirements.
Participate in relevant training and development seminars, programs, and meetings as directed by store management.
