About The Position

The Part Time Flex Sales Associate at Pandora’s Vacaville Premium Outlets helps deliver a world-class customer experience, exceed sales goals, and support store operations, especially during peak periods. The role involves sharing product knowledge, inspiring customers to style their jewellery, and building genuine connections that foster brand loyalty. The schedule varies with business needs and may include few or no scheduled hours during slower periods, with increased availability during peak seasons. Hours range from approximately four hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week during peak seasons. Peak periods include evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, product launches, special events, and other high-traffic times. Applicants must complete an assessment emailed after submitting an application.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to sell with a results-oriented approach.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Availability for a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift more than 50 pounds, and arrive at work on time.
• Ability to work a variable schedule, including periods with few or no scheduled hours and increased availability during peak times.
