About The Position

The Part-Time Flex Sales Associate at Pandora @ Macy's Sunvalley Shopping Center delivers a world-class customer experience, achieves sales goals, and supports store operations during peak periods. The role involves sharing product knowledge, inspiring customers to style jewellery, and engaging them to build lasting connections and brand loyalty. Flexible staff are called on when needed during high-traffic periods, special events, promotions, product launches, or when additional store coverage is required. Schedules vary with business needs and may include periods with few or no scheduled hours, offset by increased availability during peak times. Hours may range from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week during peak seasons.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to sell with a results-oriented approach.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization and engage an audience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Availability for a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, with increased availability during peak times.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift more than 50 pounds, and arrive at work on time.
• Comfort with a variable schedule that may include few or no scheduled hours during slower periods.
