About The Position

Mizzen+Main is seeking a motivated, energetic, customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join its growing team. The Sales Associate serves as a brand ambassador and helps deliver an exceptional shopping experience. The role involves representing the brand, providing personalized sales assistance, supporting store operations and events, and contributing to store sales goals and a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate knowledge of Mizzen+Main products, values, and brand story, representing the brand professionally and enthusiastically.
Engage customers through personalized, consultative sales; assist with product selection, provide product information, and support checkout.
Accurately process sales, returns, and exchanges while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Maintain a clean, organized, visually appealing sales floor through merchandising, folding, hanging, and inventory replenishment.
Perform store operations, including opening and closing procedures, stockroom organization and replenishment, and daily upkeep tasks.
Stay informed about in-store and online promotions, events, and new product launches and share relevant information with customers.
Support and help execute in-store events in accordance with brand expectations and presentation standards.
Participate in achieving store sales goals and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment.
Follow company policies and procedures, including operational and safety guidelines.
Build and expand the customer base through networking, community outreach, and client follow-up.
