About The Position

Clarks is hiring a seasonal, part-time Sales Associate to support store sales and operations. The role focuses on delivering positive sales performance and customer service, organizing merchandise and back stock, supporting merchandising and store maintenance, and following company policies. Sales Associates are also expected to represent the Clarks brand and help foster a comfortable work environment for colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
• Organize store merchandise and back stock, ensuring proper product placement.
• Provide impeccable customer service.
• Upsell customers on multiple pairs of shoes and accessories when appropriate.
• Exemplify the Clarks brand.
• Follow policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
• Assist with store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
