136- Part-Time Seasonal Sales Associate
About The Position
Clarks is hiring a seasonal, part-time Sales Associate to support store sales and operations. The role focuses on delivering positive sales performance and excellent customer service, organizing merchandise and back stock, supporting merchandising and store maintenance, and following loss-prevention procedures. Sales Associates are expected to represent the Clarks brand and help create a comfortable work environment for colleagues. The position requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Eligible employees may receive medical and dental plans under ACA guidelines, earned sick leave as applicable to local laws, and an employee discount on Clarks products.

Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
- Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper product placement.
- Provide impeccable customer service.
- Upsell customers, when appropriate, on multiple pairs of shoes and accessories.
- Exemplify the Clarks brand.
- Follow policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
- Assist with store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
- Contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
- Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities.
