About The Position

Sea Bags is seeking a part-time Sales Associate for its Siesta Key store. The role is suited to someone who enjoys connecting with local customers and visitors, is passionate about sustainability, and can share the company’s brand story in a small-store environment. The associate provides customer service, offers product knowledge and recommendations, supports daily store operations, and works with the team to create a welcoming shopping experience. The position is in person in Siesta Key, Florida.

Requirements

Customer-focused mindset and passion for engaging with people.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to learn and articulate company history and product details.
Comfort using a point-of-sale system and iPad.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
Team-player attitude and willingness to support where needed.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Availability to work flexible shifts, including occasional longer shifts based on business needs.
