About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with customers, co-workers, and management.
• Ability to apply product knowledge training in support of customer service.
• Ability to read and explain product labels.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• Ability to perform the physical activities described, including prolonged standing and walking, recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers about current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Inform customers about the Loyalty program and help enroll them.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate CosmoProf Culture Values.
• Use product knowledge training to support customer service.
• Follow directions and perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
