About The Position

The AutoNation Experienced Sales Associate sells new and used vehicles while meeting expected gross profit, customer satisfaction, and sales volume standards. The role involves helping customers find suitable vehicles and supporting their financing needs. Associates can begin working on a commission-based pay plan immediately and receive hands-on, digital, and classroom training to help them develop their business and advance their careers.

Requirements

• Over 1 year of automotive sales experience.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to exceed established automotive sales and customer service goals.
• Excellent communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up repeatedly with customers.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and used vehicles while meeting gross profit, customer satisfaction, and volume standards.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience and help customers find vehicles that meet their needs.
• Follow up with customers consistently.
• Work toward targeted personal income goals consistent with AutoNation productivity standards.
• Build a book of business and close sales.
