About The Position

The Part Time Flex Sales Associate at Pandora’s The Shops at Chestnut Hill supports the store during peak business periods, including evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, and product launches. The associate delivers a world-class customer experience, works to exceed sales goals, shares product knowledge, and inspires customers to style jewellery. The role also supports store operations and merchandising standards, and schedules may vary with business needs, from few or no scheduled hours in slower periods to increased availability during peak seasons. Hours may range from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons. The position pays $16.45–$20.60, commensurate with experience. • Must be at least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Availability for a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays, with hours that vary according to business needs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift more than 50 pounds.
• Ability to arrive at work on time.
• Reliable availability to support high-traffic times, special events, or additional coverage needs.
