About The Position
The AutoNation Experienced Sales Associate sells new and used vehicles while meeting gross profit, customer satisfaction, and sales volume standards. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience, helping customers find suitable vehicles, and building a book of business. Associates have access to nationwide vehicle inventory, a CRM, equity-mining tools, and relationships with more than 30 lenders. AutoNation provides hands-on, digital, and classroom training to support career growth. Compensation is commission-based, with estimated income of $2,000–$11,000 per month.
Requirements
- More than one year of automotive sales experience.
- Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Ability to exceed established automotive sales and customer service goals.
- Excellent communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to follow up with customers persistently.
- Valid in-state driver's license and an acceptable, safe driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities
