About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate to create a welcoming, enjoyable experience for families visiting Santa photo sets. The role includes greeting and engaging with children and families, taking photographs, selling photo souvenirs, and helping ensure the photo experience runs smoothly from start to finish. Photography experience is not required. Employees operate POS systems and photography equipment, maintain a safe and clean work area, and contribute as part of a team in a fast-paced, festive environment. The position requires availability for at least 20 hours per week or as needed, including peak retail hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training meetings and required courses must be completed.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
• Professional attire and good hygiene.
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week or as needed.
• Flexibility to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, ensuring families feel welcomed and cared for.
• Work as a team member to help photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate POS systems and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
• Attend training meetings and complete required courses.
