About The Position

As a Fine Jewelry Sales Colleague, you provide outstanding customer service in the Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex, creating welcoming, comfortable, and valued shopping experiences. You use knowledge of precious metals, gemstones, and luxury brands to educate customers and help them select pieces suited to their tastes, preferences, and budgets. Through consultative selling, genuine hospitality, and the clientele program, you build lasting customer relationships. You work toward sales goals while promoting loyalty and warranty programs, supporting inventory and fulfillment activities, assisting with special events, and ensuring merchandise security, accuracy, and presentation. You collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain operational excellence in the Fine Jewelry department. The role also involves maintaining a clean, organized, and shoppable sales floor; processing, presenting, storing, and replenishing stock; updating signs and prices; and using point-of-sale and digital tools to support transactions and customer service.

Requirements

1–2 years of related experience required.
Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
Communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
Read and understand employment policies and safety rules and procedures in English.
Provide product recommendations and assist with fittings and digital shopping tools.
Use point-of-sale technology and digital tools effectively.
Meet and surpass daily sales goals and achieve client and protection plan goals.
Acquire new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits.
Ability to talk, lift, move constantly, stand, and reach with arms and hands.
Ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours and lift at least 25 pounds.
Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach, including above eye level.
Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.

Responsibilities

Provide personalized customer service and product recommendations in the Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex.
Use product knowledge to educate customers about precious metals, gemstones, and luxury brands, and help them choose suitable items.
Build customer relationships through consultative selling, hospitality, and use of clienteling tools and programs.
Meet and surpass daily sales goals, as well as client and protection plan goals.
Promote loyalty, warranty, and credit programs and share their benefits with customers.
Support inventory, fulfillment, merchandise processing, presentation, organization, storage, replenishment, and merchandise moves.
Maintain merchandise security, accurate stock presentation, asset protection compliance, and an organized, shoppable space.
Update signs and pricing and support special events, sales events, product launches, and promotions.
Use point-of-sale technology and digital tools to complete transactions and enhance the shopping experience.
Participate in vendor training and ongoing education, and stay informed about new arrivals, best-selling items, trends, and promotions.
Collaborate with colleagues to support customers, communities, sales goals, and operational excellence.
