About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a seasonal Sales Associate/Photographer to create memorable experiences for families at a Santa photo set. The role involves welcoming families, engaging with children, taking photographs, and providing excellent guest service while helping ensure a smooth, joyful photo experience. Employees operate a point-of-sale system and photography equipment, support the team’s photo operations, and maintain a safe and clean work environment. The position requires at least 20 hours per week or as needed, with availability during peak retail periods, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Photography experience is not required. The role is seasonal, and opportunities may be available to return for future holiday seasons or pursue growth within the souvenir photography division.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
• Professional attire and good hygiene.
• Availability to attend training meetings and complete required courses.
• Flexibility to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience and help every family feel welcomed and cared for.
• Work as a team member to help photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
• Attend training meetings and complete required courses.
