About The Position

As a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead (described in the posting as a Shift Lead), you will support the team and daily operations at a Santa photo set, welcoming families, assisting with photos, and helping ensure guests have a joyful, memorable experience. The role includes leading by example, reinforcing established policies and procedures, handling operational and technical issues, and helping the photo operation run smoothly. Photography experience is not required. The position is seasonal and requires flexibility to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be flexible to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be able to process sales transactions and be comfortable handling cash.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be able to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties at the assigned venue.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by the Operations Manager or Regional Manager.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate them to IT or local management when needed.
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
• Participate as a team member to ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly manner with guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
