About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead to support Santa photo operations at Jefferson Valley Mall. The role helps create memorable guest experiences by leading and supporting the team, welcoming families, assisting with photography, and keeping daily operations running smoothly. Photography experience is not required.

The Team Lead performs opening and closing duties, reinforces operational policies and procedures, helps train or recruit team members as needed, resolves technical issues or escalates them to IT or local management, and supports safe, clean, and effective photo operations. The position requires a positive, service-focused approach and flexibility to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. This is a seasonal role with opportunities to return for future holiday seasons or explore growth within the souvenir photography division, where available.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties at the assigned venue.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by the Operations Manager or Regional Manager.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate them to IT or local management when needed.
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
• Participate as a team member to help photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly manner with guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
