About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a seasonal Sales Associate/Photographer to create memorable Santa photo experiences for children and families. The role welcomes and engages guests, takes photographs, and provides souvenirs while delivering warm, festive service. Photography experience is not required. Associates help keep photo operations running smoothly, use point-of-sale and photography equipment, and maintain a safe, clean work area. The schedule requires availability for peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
• Professional attire and good hygiene.
• Available to attend training meetings and complete required courses.
• Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience.
• Work as part of a team to ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers in a friendly, patient, and festive manner.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
