About The Position
The Beauty Consultant provides a personalized, engaging, and enjoyable shopping experience for clients. The role demonstrates beauty products and techniques and uses in-depth product knowledge to enhance and enrich clients’ lives. The consultant proactively engages with clients, stays current on products and beauty trends, and supports merchandise presentation and availability in assigned areas.

Responsibilities
- Proactively approach clients in a friendly manner to determine how to provide a rewarding client experience.
- Seek out and absorb knowledge of products and techniques to stay up to date on beauty trends.
- Participate in activities in assigned areas to support core standards and ensure merchandise is well presented and available to clients.
- Model strong beauty business values and culture.
