About The Position

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is a retail platform operating the Express and Bonobos brands. Express is a multichannel apparel brand focused on modern, confident, and effortless style, with retail and outlet stores, an online store, and a mobile app. The position is based at the Northpark - Iowa store.

The Part-Time Retail Sales Associate Keyholder provides a positive in-store shopping experience and carries out opening and closing procedures. The role supports store operations, customer service, and sales programs while helping maintain a safe, clean, and inviting store environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of relevant job experience; the posting lists 0–2 years of experience.
• Proficiency using technology such as iPads and registers.
• Availability that meets defined criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• Customer service skills and ability to interact with customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly with customers, the sales leadership team, and associates.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing procedures, including balancing registers, preparing deposits, and activating the security system.
• Perform checkout overrides as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout area, fitting room, and stockroom.
• Follow company policies and procedures to support the safety of associates and customers.
• Assist with product launch changes according to company standard operating procedures.
• Deliver all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce customer wait times.
• Resolve customer service issues or escalate them as appropriate, and communicate issues and resolutions to Store Management.
• Promote credit and loyalty member programs by explaining their benefits and encouraging customer participation.
• Perform other essential functions as directed by a supervisor.
