About The Position

Zales is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members for its Sales Team. The Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides a superior experience to customers by learning about their needs, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, sharing information about extended service plans and financing options, and working toward individual and team sales goals. The role is suited to someone who enjoys helping customers celebrate important moments and building lasting personal relationships.

Requirements

Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Strong communication and relational skills.

Responsibilities

Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires.
Present merchandise and share detailed information about product features and benefits.
Provide information about extended service plans and financing options.
Meet individual and team sales goals.

Base pay of $15.00–$25.60 plus commission on sales; final pay rate is determined based on experience and qualifications.
