About The Position

Zales is hiring a Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant to provide valued customers with a superior shopping experience and help them celebrate life and express love. The role involves understanding customers’ needs and desires, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, providing information about extended service plans and financing options, and meeting individual and team sales goals. The role is offered as seasonal, part-time, and full-time work.

Requirements

Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
Flexible availability to work peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Strong communication and relational skills.
A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
