About The Position

Zales is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to join its Sales Team. The role provides a superior experience to customers by helping them celebrate life and express love. Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants engage customers, understand their needs and desires, present merchandise, explain product features and benefits, provide information about extended service plans and financing, and work toward individual and team sales goals. The role is based at Zales in Cape Cod Mall in Hyannis, Massachusetts.

Requirements

A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Strong communication and relational skills.

Responsibilities

Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires.
Present merchandise and share detailed information about product features and benefits.

Base pay of $15.00–$25.60 plus commission on sales; final pay is based on experience and qualifications.
