About The Position

Zales Outlet is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members for a Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant role. As part of the Sales Team, you will provide a superior experience to customers by understanding their needs, presenting merchandise and product information, explaining service plans and financing options, and working toward individual and team sales goals. The role is suited to someone who enjoys helping customers celebrate special moments and building lasting relationships.

Requirements

• Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
