About The Position

Zales Outlet is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants to provide customers with a superior experience. The role focuses on helping customers celebrate meaningful moments by understanding their needs, presenting jewelry and explaining product features and benefits, and sharing information about service plans and financing. Team members work toward individual and team sales goals. Requirements

• Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Strong communication and relational skills.
