About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants to provide a superior experience to customers and help them celebrate life and express love. The role involves learning about customers’ needs, presenting jewelry and explaining product features and benefits, sharing information about service plans and financing, and working toward individual and team sales goals. The position is available on a seasonal, part-time, or full-time basis.

Requirements

• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
• A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires.
• Present merchandise and share detailed information about product features and benefits.
