About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members for its Sales Team. The role provides a superior experience to customers by understanding their needs, presenting jewelry and explaining product features and benefits, and providing information about extended service plans and financing options. Sales Associates work toward individual and team sales goals and help customers celebrate important moments in their lives.

Requirements

Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Strong communication and relational skills.
A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.

Responsibilities

Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires.
