About The Position

Zales is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to help customers celebrate life and express love. As part of the Sales Team, the Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides a superior experience to customers by understanding their needs, presenting merchandise and product information, explaining service plans and financing options, and working toward sales goals. The role calls for a customer-focused approach, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and flexible availability during peak retail periods.

Requirements

• A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires.
• Present merchandise and share detailed information about product features and benefits.
• Provide information about extended service plans and financing options.
