About The Position
Zales is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to help customers celebrate life and express love. As a member of the Sales Team, you will provide a superior experience to valued customers by understanding their needs, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, sharing information about service plans and financing, and working toward individual and team sales goals. The role calls for a customer-focused approach, strong communication and relationship skills, and flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements

- Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Strong communication and relational skills.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires.
- Present merchandise and share detailed information about product features and benefits.
- Provide information regarding extended service plans and financing options.
- Meet individual and team sales goals.

- Base pay of $16.90–$25.60 plus commission on sales; final pay rate is determined based on experience and qualifications.
