About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants to help customers celebrate life and express love. As part of the Sales Team, you will provide a superior experience to customers by understanding their needs, presenting merchandise, explaining product features and benefits, and sharing information about service plans and financing. You will work toward individual and team sales goals. The role is offered as seasonal, part-time, and full-time employment at the Los Cerritos Center in Cerritos, California.

Requirements

A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Strong communication and relational skills.

Responsibilities

Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires.
