About The Position
Kay Jewelers is hiring sales team members to help customers celebrate life and express love. As part of the Sales Team, you will provide a superior experience to customers by understanding their needs, presenting merchandise, explaining product features and benefits, sharing information about extended service plans and financing options, and working toward individual and team sales goals. The role requires a customer-focused approach and flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The position is available in seasonal, part-time, and full-time arrangements.
Requirements
- Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, such as nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Strong communication and relational skills.

Responsibilities
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires.
