About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to help customers celebrate life and express love. As a member of the Sales Team, you will provide a superior experience to valued customers by understanding their needs, presenting merchandise, explaining product features and benefits, and sharing information about extended service plans and financing options. You will work toward individual and team sales goals. The role is suited to someone who enjoys helping customers mark special moments and takes a positive, customer-focused approach. Requirements

• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
• A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
