About The Position

Zales is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to join its Sales Team. The Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides customers with a superior experience by learning about their needs, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, and sharing information about service plans and financing. The role contributes to individual and team sales goals while helping customers celebrate special moments and express love.

Requirements

Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Strong communication and relational skills.

Responsibilities

Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires.
Present merchandise and share detailed information about product features and benefits.
