About The Position

Zales Outlet is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members for its Sales Team. The Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides a superior experience to customers by understanding their needs, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, providing information about service plans and financing, and working toward individual and team sales goals. The role is suited to someone who enjoys helping customers celebrate special moments and building lasting relationships.

Requirements

• Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires.
• Present merchandise and share detailed information about product features and benefits.
• Provide information about extended service plans and financing options.
