We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Assistant. The Sales Assistant is responsible for supporting the wholesale sales team through operational execution, reporting, market preparation, sample coordination, and administrative business support.
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 0–2 years related experience preferred (internships included)
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Knowledge of retail math and RLM preferred
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
Responsibilities
- Purchase order management, order maintenance, and delivery tracking
- Generate, maintain, and distribute sales, inventory, and order reports
- Support showroom and market preparation including line sheets, samples, and selling tools
- Coordinate and track customer, market, and photo shoot samples
- Assist with meeting preparation, agendas, appointments, and recaps
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, customer service, planning, production, and design teams
- Support account teams with reporting analysis and reorder follow-up
- Maintain organized system files and selling materials
- Conduct online product and market research
- Provide general administrative support including travel coordination and expense reporting
- Support operational execution of the wholesale business
- Must be able to work in a team environment
