Sales Assistant / National Account Manager / Receptionist
About The Position
The National Sales & Sales Assistant plays a key support role in the Sales Department, working directly with the General Sales Manager, General Manager, and Account Executives to coordinate sales efforts across our stations. Requirements
- Previous experience in administrative support, or account management preferred, however we will train the right candidate.
- Experience in Microsoft products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Teams.
- Proficiency with Wide Orbit systems (WO Traffic, WO Sales, WO Connect) is strongly desired.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Professional demeanor and strong customer service orientation.
Responsibilities
- Serve as liaison between rep firms and the station’s sales department.
- Support with local sales projects, promotional events, and presentations as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales and Traffic Departments.
- Enter and maintain national orders in WideOrbit Media Sales and Traffic.
- Ensure timely and accurate posting of orders, make goods, and reconcile discrepancies in billing.
- Track commercials that are preempted and reschedule said commercials.
