About The Position

The National Sales & Sales Assistant plays a key support role in the Sales Department, working directly with the General Sales Manager, General Manager, and Account Executives to coordinate sales efforts across our stations. Requirements

• Ability to serve as liaison between rep firms and the station’s sales department.
• Ability to support with local sales projects, promotional events, and presentations.
• Ability to provide administrative support to the Sales and Traffic Departments.
• Proficiency in entering and maintaining national orders in WideOrbit Media Sales and Traffic.
• Skill in ensuring timely and accurate posting of orders, make goods, and reconciling discrepancies in billing.
• Capability to track preempted commercials and reschedule them.

Responsibilities
