We are currently seeking a Sales Application Specialist to support our sales teams and customers across the Western U.S. Ideally, this individual will be based in the Pacific Northwest (Washington, Oregon, or California), Colorado, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, or Utah. In this role, you will serve as a key partner to both our commercial and customer teams, helping drive the adoption and success of Natera's digital care optimization solutions. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, EHR, Product, Operations, customers, and vendor partners to support solution presentations, manage implementations, optimize workflows, and ensure successful customer outcomes. This is a highly collaborative role that combines customer-facing engagement, project management, analytics, and healthcare technology expertise. This role works with PHI on a regular basis both in paper and electronic form and has access to various technologies to access PHI (paper and electronic) in order to perform the job. Employee must complete training relating to HIPAA/PHI privacy, General Policies and Procedure Compliance training and security training as soon as possible but not later than the first 30 days of hire. Must maintain a current status on Natera training requirements. Employee must pass post-offer criminal background check.
