Requirements

Maintain continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching.
Frequently use hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
Reach for and lift bulky or awkwardly shaped items, including above the head.
Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift items weighing up to 25 pounds.
