About The Position

Nordstrom is hiring for sales and support positions in Accessories, Kidswear, Shoes, and Stock & Fulfillment. Applicants may attend the hiring event on Thursday, October 29, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 47 West County Center, Des Peres, Missouri. No advance scheduling is required; applicants may arrive at any time during the event for an interview. A resume is welcome but not required, and the interview process takes approximately one hour. On-the-spot offers will be made for most roles. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis, and applicants who cannot attend the event may still be considered. Pay varies by role and location. The posting lists $15.25 for Sales and $16.60–$17.30 for Stock, Fulfillment, and Delivery and Customer Service. Commission may apply to certain selling roles, and the position may be eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses. The role requires continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching to handle merchandise and assist customers. Employees frequently use their hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling. The work may involve bulky or awkwardly shaped items, including reaching and lifting items above the head. Employees regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
