About The Position

The Sales and Service Manager Floater (SSMF) ensures the clubs they support deliver an outstanding, well-rounded sales and service experience to guests and members by offering membership, fitness, and retail products and services. The role hires and develops team members who build relationships, communicate the value of 24 Hour Fitness offerings, and focus on member acquisition and retention. The SSMF reviews processes and team effectiveness, drives guest and member engagement, and meets sales revenue goals. Unlike a club-based Sales and Service Manager, the SSMF supports multiple clubs in an assigned district or market, rotating between locations as business needs require. This developmental position prepares leaders for a permanent, club-based Sales and Service Manager role. SSMFs are expected to transition into an SSM position as opportunities become available, based on business need, performance, and readiness. The SSMF reports to the District Manager and partners with the General Manager and Sales and Service Manager at each supported club.
