About The Position

The Sales and Service Manager Floater (SSMF) supports multiple 24 Hour Fitness clubs within an assigned district or market, rotating among locations according to business needs. The SSMF ensures clubs provide an outstanding, well-rounded sales and service experience by presenting membership, fitness, and retail products and services in a compelling, member-focused way. The role hires and develops team members, builds strong sales and service behaviors, supports member acquisition and retention, reviews team and process effectiveness, and drives guest and member engagement and sales revenue goals. The SSMF performs the responsibilities of a Sales and Service Manager without being assigned to a single club. This developmental role is intended to prepare leaders for permanent, club-based Sales and Service Manager positions. SSMFs are expected to transition into an SSM role as opportunities become available, subject to business need, performance, and readiness. The position reports to the District Manager and partners with the General Manager and Sales and Service Manager at each supported club. When a club has no assigned Sales and Service Manager, its Sales and Service Experts and Associates report directly to the SSMF. The role requires regular local travel among assigned clubs and travel for training and meetings 10% of the time. The work takes place in an active fitness and wellness environment and involves prolonged standing and walking, frequent member and team engagement, use of electronic devices, and regular bending, stooping, climbing, reaching, and lifting.
