Sales and Service Manager Floater

24 Hour Fitness USA•San Diego, CA

About The Position

The Sales and Service Manager Floater (SSMF) supports multiple clubs within an assigned district or market, rotating between locations based on business needs rather than being assigned to one club. The role ensures clubs provide guests and members with a strong sales and service experience through membership, fitness, and retail offerings. The SSMF hires and develops team members, supports member acquisition and retention, reviews processes and team effectiveness, and drives engagement and sales revenue goals. This developmental position is intended to prepare leaders for a permanent, club-based Sales and Service Manager role. Transition to an SSM position is expected as opportunities become available, based on business need, performance, and readiness. The SSMF reports to the District Manager and partners with the General Manager and Sales and Service Manager at each supported club. When a club has no assigned Sales and Service Manager, its Sales and Service Experts and Associates report directly to the SSMF. The role involves regular local travel between assigned clubs and travel 10% of the time for training and meetings. Work takes place in an active fitness and wellness environment and includes prolonged standing and walking, member engagement, team leadership, and inspection of the member experience.
