Sales and Service Associate
About The Position
The Sales and Service Associate welcomes new members and helps them begin their fitness journey. The role builds trust-based relationships by listening to members' goals, understanding their needs, and recommending personalized solutions to support their fitness success. By combining a passion for fitness with strong interpersonal skills, the associate creates a positive, motivating, and results-driven member experience. The associate also supports new-member onboarding, answers questions, resolves concerns, and helps connect members and guests with appropriate resources. The position includes helping maintain a clean, well-maintained, and safe gym environment.
Requirements

- Have a strong service mentality and a desire to deliver exceptional member experiences.
- At least 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
- Obtain CPR and AED certification within 60 days of employment.
- Be available full-time with flexible availability across weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Be able to meet the minimum travel requirement that may apply for training and lead generation.
Responsibilities
- Develop first-name relationships with members, answer questions, resolve concerns, and connect members and guests with appropriate resources.
- Help keep the gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests.
- Deliver an outstanding sales and service experience by providing a welcoming, informative, and inclusive visit and helping guests take appropriate next steps toward their fitness goals.
- Support new-member onboarding and help members connect with the club's fitness offerings.
- Greet and check in members promptly and attend to their needs.
