About The Position

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator builds referral-source relationships across hospitals, clinics, and senior-service organizations in the community. The role supports census and quality-mix growth by developing the market, working with acute-care providers and other referral sources, and providing prospective residents or their responsible parties with appropriate information and assistance.

Requirements

Minimum of two years of direct sales experience in a healthcare setting.
Excellent knowledge and experience in sales and marketing, including partner relations, move-in paperwork, advertising, media, social media, and event planning.
Proven success in developing referrals in a healthcare setting.
Ability to exhibit self-confidence, enthusiasm, assertiveness, and a desire to succeed.
Ability to work as a team player and establish working relationships internally and externally.
Professional image in appearance and behavior.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
A passion for working with seniors.
Flexible, fun, and energetic personality.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, health care, or a related business field preferred.
