Sales and Marketing Coordinator
About The Position
Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Sales and Marketing Coordinator for Brenden Gardens Senior Living. The coordinator builds relationships with referral sources in settings such as hospitals, clinics, and senior-service organizations. The role also supports census and quality mix growth by developing the market, working with acute-care providers and other referral sources, and giving prospective residents and/or their responsible parties appropriate information and assistance. The position calls for a professional who is passionate about working with seniors, energetic and flexible, and able to develop successful healthcare referrals and working relationships. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, health care, or a related business field is preferred. Requirements
- At least two years of direct sales experience in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent knowledge and experience in sales and marketing, including partner relations, move-in paperwork, advertising, media, social media, and event planning.
- Proven success developing referrals in a healthcare setting.
- Ability to demonstrate self-confidence, enthusiasm, assertiveness, and a desire to succeed.
- Ability to work as a team player and establish working relationships internally and externally.
- Professional image in appearance and behavior.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Passion for working with seniors and a flexible, fun, energetic personality.

Responsibilities
