About The Position

Mirabella at Arizona State University, a Life Plan Community on the Arizona State University campus in Tempe, Arizona, is seeking a full-time Sales and Marketing Coordinator. The role supports the day-to-day operations of the Sales and Marketing team and helps create an exceptional experience for prospective and future residents. It is suited to an organized, customer-focused professional who enjoys event coordination, relationship building, and administrative support.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Pay is $22.00–$28.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in sales, customer service, marketing, hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM software, social media platforms, and related business technology.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage CRM data, maintain prospect records, coordinate documentation, and support the efficiency of the Sales and Marketing department.
• Assist with planning and executing sales events, resident events, community tours, and lead-generation activities.
• Serve as an initial point of contact for prospective residents by answering inquiries, providing community information, and conducting introductory tours.
• Support move-in and move-out coordination by working with residents and multiple community departments.
• Prepare reports, maintain marketing materials and sales inventory, and assist with market research and competitive analysis.
