About The Position

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator builds referral-source relationships in hospitals, clinics, and senior-service organizations in the community. The coordinator helps build and grow census and quality mix by developing the market, working with acute-care and other referral sources, and providing prospective residents and/or their responsible parties with appropriate information and assistance. The role is with Park Place at Fountain City in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Requirements

• At least two years of direct sales experience in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent knowledge and experience across sales and marketing, including partner relations, move-in paperwork, advertising, media, social media, and event planning.
• Proven success developing referrals in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to demonstrate self-confidence, enthusiasm, assertiveness, and a desire to succeed.
• Team player able to establish working relationships internally and externally.
• Professional image in appearance and behavior.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Passion for working with seniors.
• Flexible, fun, and energetic personality.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, health care, or a related business field preferred.
