About The Position

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to build referral-source relationships in the community, including with hospitals, clinics, and senior-service organizations. The role supports census and quality-mix growth by developing the market, working with acute-care and other referral sources, and providing prospective residents and/or responsible parties with appropriate information and assistance.

Requirements

• At least two years of direct sales experience in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent knowledge and experience in sales and marketing, including partner relations, move-in paperwork, advertising, media, social media, and event planning.
• Proven success developing referrals in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to establish working relationships internally and externally and work as part of a team.
• Professional image in appearance and behavior.
• Ability to exhibit self-confidence, enthusiasm, assertiveness, and a desire to succeed.
• Passion for working with seniors and a flexible, fun, and energetic personality.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, health care, or a related business field.
