About The Position
Renuity is seeking a motivated Entry Level Sales and Development Specialist to join their team in Lantana, FL. This role involves representing Renuity at in-store retail events and local marketing campaigns, engaging customers face-to-face to educate them about home improvement solutions, and delivering product presentations to generate qualified leads. Requirements
- 1–2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or other customer-facing roles
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated with a drive to exceed performance goals
- Willingness to learn, grow, and be coached
- Comfortable traveling within the local area for events and store placements
- Weekend availability (Saturdays and/or Sundays) is required
