About The Position
Renuity is seeking a Brand Ambassador to represent the company at in-store retail events and local marketing campaigns. The role involves engaging customers face-to-face to educate them about premium home improvement solutions, delivering confident product presentations, and generating qualified leads. This position also includes participating in ongoing training and professional development, serving as a launchpad for a career in Sales or Leadership.
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or other customer-facing roles
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated with a drive to exceed performance goals
- Willingness to learn, grow, and be coached
- Comfortable traveling within the local area for events and store placements
